Clearmio is designed to help you manage tasks, projects, waiting items, reference material, and calendar commitments. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how that information is used.

Information Clearmio processes

Clearmio may process information that you create inside the app, including:

• Inbox items, next actions, projects, waiting items, and notes.
• Reference content you choose to store in the app.
• Calendar events, deadlines, reminder settings, and recurrence rules.
• Basic diagnostic details you provide if you contact support.

How your information is used

Clearmio uses your information only to provide app functionality, including:

• Saving and organizing your data within the app.
• Scheduling local reminders and notifications you choose to enable.
• Syncing your app data across your devices through Apple services when available.
• Responding to support requests you send.

Storage and syncing

Your data is stored on your device. If iCloud or related Apple sync services are enabled for your device and app environment, your data may also be synced through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure so it can be available across your devices.

Apple may process synced data according to Apple's own terms and privacy practices. Clearmio does not control Apple's systems.

Notifications

If you grant notification permission, Clearmio schedules local notifications for reminders you configure, such as follow-up reminders and calendar alerts. Notification handling is used only to deliver those reminders on your device.

Analytics, advertising, and third parties

Based on the current app implementation, Clearmio does not include third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.

Clearmio may rely on Apple platform services, such as iCloud, CloudKit, notifications, and App Store infrastructure.

Data retention

Data you create in Clearmio remains available until you edit or delete it, or until it is removed from your device or Apple account environment. Support emails or messages you send may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and keep support records.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete content stored in the app.
• You can disable notifications in your device settings.
• You can manage iCloud settings through your Apple device and account settings.

Children's privacy

Clearmio is not directed to children under 13, and the app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
